You should have an Ireland dinner party. And not in the "Irish=St. Patrick's Day=get plastered and eat Lucky Charms" sort of way. I'm talking food you cooked there, a slide show of pictures from your trip, music, dancing if you so choose, the works. It could be a little "I finished my second or third IP painting" gift to yourself. :-)
